Chinatown and Little Italy

Where you are in Chinatown or in Little Italy, you have to remember that you are NYC. It's a city into a city.
It was created because there was an immigration. The people conserved the language and the culture.
Chinatown is bigger than L.Italy. Little Italy is small but it has an italy atmosphere.
Now, there are 200,000 chinese persons living in Chinatown. There are a lot of exotic markets.

We're going now to meet better this places...

1.- Mulberry Street: there are a lot of clothes shops in this street in L. Italy. There are a lot of restaurants, cafés and presents shops... In September, this street has the San Gennaro Festival.

2.- Eastern States Buddhist Temple: This temple has a smell of incense and fruit. There are also many gold candles. You can give a paper with a good fortune by $ 1.

3.- Columbus Park: is the only park in Chinatown. It was built in 1890. There aren't many plants. Many many years ago there were shootings and stabbings every week in there.
